Pros

The jean products are really nice and last really long

Cons

the pay rate is low to be such a high end company
the management is not good
Unorganized always got called off on my way to work not ahead of time over hire to pay less
barely get hours

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get the company more organized and treat employees well, when employees are taken care of the environment and progression of the store is too

    50 percent disccount and you dont do much stuff

    Cons

    no hours to work, they will give very little hours to employees. and they just keep hiring more and more

    dont hire anymore people if you are only giving 1 day a week

    Overall a great place to work! Leadership takes ownership of when they make a mistake.

    The company is going through some growing pains and restructuring which often leads to mis communication and constant change in focus

    Listen to the obsticals that are persented by people in the field and not dismiss them as "excuses". Identifing opportunities is how we can manage around them.
