A nice bunch of people.

ProsFriendly atmosphere at the lower levels; there are some very nice and knowledgeable people working there.
Lots of opportunity to interact with customers and coworkers get to know people.
There's a decent amount of flexibility in working hours.

ConsThere's a lack of training provided.
A caustic attitude from the higher ups makes things less pleasant.
Pay is not at a competitive level with their major competitors.
Very limited opportunities for promotion and development.
