I had a great experience working at Guggenheim Partners. The pay was great, the benefits were great, and I enjoyed the people I worked with.

Cons

I only worked here for a short amount of time and left on good terms. I do not have many cons to list.

    Pros

Good funds, will e huge one day

    Cons

Stretching themselves outside their core competency - managing money. Buying a baseball team and media outlets..,,raises it's profile.....but it treats employee as replaceable widgets.

    Advice to Management

None.....they don 't care .....making huge sums of money, despite workplace issues. Great name. Great figure heads at the top. Core is rotten

    Pros

    -The company is growing fast
-Opportunities to work on interesting projects
    -Free drinks in the office

    Cons

-No visibility in the company's plans, performance or structure
-Very poor management that has literally told employees that their development doesn't matter
-In 3+ years working there, never saw the CEO or heard him speak
    -No work/life balance

    Advice to Management

Many employees are still there because they can't find a way to leave. Build a culture that employees want to be part of and take care of them.
