This company has a good compensation package especially for the sales consultants. They try and create a fun enviornment with lots of social interaction. The founders of the company like to be very invovled and are looking to grow.

Cons

If your new its all about politics in the office and the long-term employees are treated much better than new employees. They do not promote based on performance.

Advice to Senior Management

Everybody get on the same page and have the same standards for all employees.
