“Great People, Fantastic Culture, Still Growing and Improving”
I have been working at Guidewire full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – - Really smart people.
- Realistic scope means no crunch, great work/life balance.
- Teams always work to improve process, make developing easier.
- Huge focus on quality over quantity.
Cons – - Saying you work on Insurance Software isn't that sexy.
- Salaries and benefits a bit under bay area tech average.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
