Current Employee – been working at Guidewire full-time for less than a year

Pros – Real opportunities for career growth, you can see where your career can go and management helps you achieve your goals. Talented group of people to work with at every level, managers make themselves available and have a good understanding of what your role is. Excellent management culture that recognises and rewards good work. Very good sense of community and culture within the company that makes it a fun place to work.

Cons – Growing very quickly which means people at all levels have to occasionally accept some extra responsibility. This has the advantage of allowing rapid career development however.

Advice to Senior Management – Make sure we maintain great company culture and identity while we grow.
