Current Employee – been working at Guitar Center full-time
Pros – Excellent training program compared to other M.I. retailers. Great employee pricing. Fastest growing M.I. retailer means opportunities for advancement are improving. Best infrastructure in the industry makes it easy to get gear for people. You can make a lot of connections here. Great healthcare coverage.
Cons – Starting pay is very low. You work every single holiday and for extended hours. ZERO 401(k) company match.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
