Sucks in drums but is great in anything else

Drum Sales Associate (Current Employee)
Lexington-Fayette, KY

ProsIt is a very fun and enjoyable place to work. If you play an instrument or are in a band it vastly opens your connections to many venues. It's also not too difficult

ConsThe way you actually make commission (fading) I would work in one of the departments that has a lot of traffic flow so you can actually get a decent commission check. You also have to be on top of your department in the sense that it is essentially competing for customers to do business with you.

Advice to Senior ManagementChange the way people make commission. I understand that as a salesmen you "reap what you sew" but fading is awful in departments that have very little customers.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
