Pros

In general, the atmosphere is very positive, very fun. Work is exciting to go to and be at.

Cons

Income does not match the output. They entice you with promise of commission, but it's not enough even if you make it.

Advice to Management

Treat your salesman like gold. Your metrics ultimately depend on them.

    Pros

It is a very fun and enjoyable place to work. If you play an instrument or are in a band it vastly opens your connections to many venues. It's also not too difficult

    Cons

The way you actually make commission (fading) I would work in one of the departments that has a lot of traffic flow so you can actually get a decent commission check. You also have to be on top of your department in the sense that it is essentially competing for customers to do business with you.

    Advice to Management

Change the way people make commission. I understand that as a salesmen you "reap what you sew" but fading is awful in departments that have very little customers.
