Too many to list! MISERABLE upper management, morale so low that you feel low just walking through the door, NO support from management for making things better, no positive reinforcement whatsoever - everyone just points fingers when something goes wrong... The higher up you go, the less people know about what is really going on. It's so screwed up that management can't even figure it out! People are not truly invitied to voice their opinions/concerns, no matter what mgt. says. PATHETIC! An absolute blackhole to work in - You feel like you're in a different world when you're there. Absolutely miserable.

Advice to Senior Management

Clean out the upper level management and bring some happy, fresh leaders in with some energy. People there are miserable because of the same ol', same ol' mentality of upper management. Nothing feels happy there, and the mentality starts from the top at that place.
