The non-managerial employees at Guru are top notch. They care about the quality of deliverables and continuously strive to make a contribution and improve the product. It is a tragedy that the management their can only hear the sound of their own voices.

Cons

Management does not communicate. All employees are viewed are temporary instruements or tools, not as human beings. Speaks to the mindset behind the businees model--that of commoditizing human beings.

Advice to Senior Management

Could you have developed the company in any other country other than the U.S.? I doubt it. Then consider treating your employees by the standards of the country in which you operate your business--not those of Calcutta.
