Guy Carpenter – “It was a great place to work in IT.....”
Pros
Overall a great company to work for... relaxed atmosphere, interesting projects
Cons
Good luck getting a career here in IT because they're currently slashing the department and outsourcing most of the projects.
Advice to Senior Management
Personally I feel you'll eventually regret your decision to cut IT by as much as you did. You lost an awful lot of in-house knowledge.
