“Be ready for a fast paced, multi-tasking workplace with the opportunity to get your hands on lots of opportunity”
Current Employee – been working at Gymboree
Pros – Direct contact with not only direct supervisors, but upper management as well.
Lots of opportunity to make immediate impact on current business.
Cons – Company culture has gotten a little stale
Benefit package has dwindled
Does not have a comprehensive training or on-boarding routine. (On-the-job training only).
Advice to Senior Management – Bring some of the excitement of working at Gymboree back.
Focus on the advancement of employees within your company. Promote within.
