I have been working at H.B. Fuller for more than a year

Pros

Great CEO
Even in junior positions you can makec a difference and implement changes
Significant investment currently after the Forbo acquisition

Cons

Lacks processes of larger companies so you need to accept that you have to make some decisions yourself

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Recruit enough people (and the right people) to execute on the bold plans that we have

    Pros

    the pay was very good, but it came with a lot of stress

    Cons

    management was very unprofessional. Some were mean and incompetent

    Communication, goal alignment, truly see value in having an engaged workforce.

    Work-life balance can sometimes get skewed.
