I have been working at H.B. Fuller

Pros

Solid company. Average salaries. Being a small company and lean you get exposed to senior management levels fairly easy and quickly.

Cons

Little advancement opportunities. Career development is non-existing

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get serious on making career development a reality rather than just empty words

I have been working at H.B. Fuller

    Pros

Benefits are good and compensation is slightly better than average.

    Cons

Management is terribly scattered, every group has a different agenda, no cohesion.
People who are the front lines have little support and are thrown into situations that they can't handle.
Morale is terrible and no one seems to care. Important management positions are left open for months with incompetents filling in.
They talk the talk, don't walk the walk.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay attention to the people who work. Maybe now that St. Paul is more involved it will improve, can't happen fast enough.
