    Pros

Solid company. Average salaries. Being a small company and lean you get exposed to senior management levels fairly easy and quickly.

    Cons

Little advancement opportunities. Career development is non-existing

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get serious on making career development a reality rather than just empty words

    Pros

This 125 year old company is committed to growing market share by emphasizing higher value adhesive markets. This creates opportunities for those working on these technologies.

    Cons

Some of the older technologies are under extreme cost pressure. This can lead to making do with less than is needed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management should be sure to keep adequate control of stable and shrinking sectors to ensure safety quality, and customer service.
