H.BLOOM – “Amazing Start-Up opportunity”

Pros

H.BLOOM allows individuals to gain first-hand experience on how to build a company. This start-up has given me a chance to create and build relationships with people in all industries around the city. There is never a dull moment in this fast pace work environment. The start-up environment allows individuals to be involved with upper management while allowing amazing growth opportunities. In addition, the benefits package is amazing compared to any other company I have worked/interviewed with in the past. I am excited to be an employee of H.BLOOM and excited about watching the brand grow.

Cons

H.BLOOM is a start-up so the day to day responsibilities shift as needed to make the business succeed. Some days a salesperson may be out delivering, or watering flowers at a co-workers account. That being said, if you don't like wearing differnt hats this company isn't for you.

Advice to Senior Management

Be sure to continue to to keep the communication open across all markets as we expend across the United States.
