Pros

Some of the people are nice and the campus is attractive, safe, and secure.

Cons

The management is non existent and the training is even worse. There is no training. They put you on a job and expect you to know everything from day one. Other employees can be vile and competitive.

Advice to Senior Management

Start a training program for your employees and demand that the workplace become a more inclusive, team oriented environment.
