Häagen-Dazs – “Good for a first job.”

Pros

Haagen-Dazs was a great place to learn. I started when I was 14, and I worked there for seven years. Without those seven years of experience, I wouldn't be who I am today.

Cons

Having worked at Haagen-Dazs for seven years, I would have thought that I would rise up in the ranks and receive some benefits -- that isn't the case. But then again, that isn't what I was looking for.

Advice to Senior Management

Nothing really -- I enjoyed working for one of your franchisees; it's just not a career I would continue to pursue.
