H&M – “not sure if I like it there or not......Very up and down.”

Pros

The fashion discount and not being stuck in a cubicle all day. The crazy busy with all types of personalites is fun. There iis a lot of chance to be creative. Young and fun.

Cons

A lot of cut-throat attitude and negitivity. The EXTREME lack of care for environment, yet carries a internal promotional document about how environmental they are.
Boxes and Boxes of plastic bags, hangers and paper going to the dump.
Is the stuff from sweatshops? Im not sure?
I was told that there would be a lot of oppurtunity when I was hired, however there seems to be a lack of proper training, despite the time they devote to initial training.

Advice to Senior Management

Pay more attention to the team!
