Worst Company I have EVER worked for

Visual Merchandiser (Current Employee)
Raleigh, NC

I have been working at H&M full-time for more than a year

ProsUmm.... The discount. but not worth your sanity!

ConsBasically nothing that hasn't been said before. The upper management is awful. The pay is mediocre, and they expect way too much from their employees, i mean things that are not humanly possible to accomplish and then nitpick every little thing that is wrong. But NEVER say anything if your doing a good job. It is the most negative toxic environment I have ever worked for

1.Rapidly expanding company hires less than qualified people.
2.The true sorce of promotions comes from people promoting ppl they like (even the district team)
3.They DO NOT CARE about their employees, and if they don't like you they try to get rid of you
4.Extremely unproffessional environment.
I wouldnt wish this job on my worst enemy on his worst day.

I have read other peoples posts that go more indepth, just know that they are all true!

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
