Pros

Great hours, never overtime. Great benefits. Flexible schedule. co-workers like to create a fun atmosphere. Low turnover of employees keeps a tight work family. A lot of travel opportunities and moving up in the company.

Cons

Sometimes customers can be nasty, insulting. Sometimes workload is overwhelming.

Advice to Management

Look into smaller stores getting more payroll for workload.

    Pros

    cool store, great clothes
great pay, advancement opportunities kind of for fulltimers but NOT for part-timers if they say this in the interview ignore it because H&M doesn't really promote part-timers... at all
people always said " oh you work at h&m? lucky i love that store!!"

    Cons

as a sales advisor you are required to do A LOT. stock, setting out new product (new pro) and everything is done in a VERY meticulous manner. you can get written up for the SMALLEST things and they make you work GRUELLING long shifts. i would be scheduled for 2 shifts a week both being about 10 + hours long

    Advice to Management

don't drink the part timers like slaves/ robots, make truck more enjoyable, if you're going to talk about a raise during the interview follow through with it don't make the employee wait MONTHS before it's even DISCUSSED again
