I have been working at H&M full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great co-workers, good life balance even though the company is expanding all the time.
It is easy to find new opportunities inside the organisation.

Cons

Growth problems on the IT side. Big projects that management think will be a silver bullet. Try to make better communication between divisions.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Skip some levels of managers.

I worked at H&M part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Easy and mundane. This job works for a second job or a side gig for high school and college students.

    Cons

Little room for career movement and poor pay. You will most often be understaffed and overworked with unrealistic expectations. You will basically be a glorified janitor picking up after shoppers as they tear through the store.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do not understaff the store and set unreasonable expectations for cleanliness and productivity

I have been working at H&M part-time for less than a year

    Pros

H&M provide Excellent training programmes from the start and have re-fresher training most weeks. It is constantly changing to keep things updated for the staff and customers. There are always New opportunities and the company promotes growth.

    Cons

Even though it is constantly changing it can be slightly mundane for a sales advisor (but thats just retail!). Could have more benefits.
