They treat you well and the place is very organized. The commute for me is easy and they have a great compensation plan.

Cons

Business has really slowed and they have started to lay off people. I can only hope with my experience and hard work I will stay.

Advice to Senior Management

You are doing a great job. I would just emphasis to sales staff how important the role of admin is.
