Pros

Very Flexible, and they work with you.

Cons

I really haven't had any bad experiences. The clients that come in are great if you are good to them. The tax pro's will irritate you more than the clients.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

none.

    Pros

H&R Block goes out of their way to help you succeed and excel

    Cons

They mostly offer seasonal positions due to the fact that, unless you are a Premium Tax Preparer, then taxes are seasonal.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

H&R Block needs no advice on how to do their job. They are a wonderful company to work for.

    Pros

Wonderful co workers. Great area of KC.

    Cons

Seasonal people have no insurance or benefits

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have more full time people which would prevent the training period every season.
