I worked at H&R Block as a contractor for more than a year

ProsBeing paid on time and correctly

ConsIndividuals are hired that should not be. Mgrs and Assoc Mgrs hire their friends not those who are qualified to the job at hand.

Advice to Senior ManagementPls read the con and learn.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Way too many demands for the pay

Pros: Seasonal work, pleasant co-workers, develop relation with clients, extremely cheap… Cons: Unpaid continuing education focuses a great deal on work done on Block's proprietary software, year round emails, updates, and expectations to keep up with Block's… Advice to Senior Management: Focus on taxes!
