Pros
You can learn a lot in H3C because you can keep touching new technologies. and the company has been acquired by HP now.
Cons
highly pressurance and two much overtime work, so sometimes the employee doesn't have time to stay with family members
Advice to Senior Management
Increase the salaries for R & D engineers. Improve the working environment and give employee more time to relax and stay with family members
