Good location and the firm is well known (good or bad) throughout the Atlanta market - respected from the outside

Cons

Virtually no communication from senior management to staff - everyone is in it for themselves and very little done to help others

Advice to Senior Management

Start communicating and work as a team rather than in so many silos - BE OPEN TO CHANGE! There are others ways to do things
