I have been working at HARMAN full-time for less than a year

Pros

- Good package
- Company is profit. Hence, no middle drop out projects etc...

Cons

- Management treats employees like slaves. They don't have basic respect to their employees. Managers are like dictators.
- No process is followed in the development life cycle.
- If you are from a decent MNC, it is difficult to get adjusted here.
- If you are holding an offer from Harman, might be offering little more than a standard MNC, better don't opt it.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

- Give proper training to the managers(how to behave and to fill the spirit in the team to motivate them to work).

    I have been working at HARMAN

    Pros

    good to work with company, good work, latest technologies.

    Cons

    Lower management is not that good, they thinks they only know things and other co-workers or colleagues are useless, in fact it's a misunderstanding or theirs which may hurt Harman International India. Not were open cultural.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Just have manager instead of TLs. They should involve everybody instead of relying on some people from the team.
