HBO – “HBO is all about seniority, not necessarily about talent, leadership or intelligence – very corporate.”
Pros
Great benefits package, and not to much stress on employees. Programming is cool to work for.
Cons
Not alot of career advancement.
Advice to Senior Management
Chain of command thinking is a little out of control.
