I have been working at HCA Shared Services
Pros – Good for work experience and to get your foot in the door in the business end of Health care field.
Cons – The pay and benefits are not competitive. Their healthcare benefits package keep shrinking. They have high copays and deductible plans. Restricted to have health services at an HCA facility.
Advice to Senior Management – Provide more feed back to your employees, push for better benefits, figure out why turn over is so high and make an effort to retain your employees.
