“Overall positive, HCL has many challenges to overcome.”
Current Employee – been working at HCL America full-time for more than a year
Pros – Exposure to many methodologies and vast opportunities.
Cons – Very poor HR support. Onboarding, salary, company policies and process cumbersome to navigate.
Advice to Senior Management – Get control of your American-based operations. The company is very exposed from an HR perspective.
