Current Employee – been working at HCL Technologies (Infrastructure Services Division)

Pros – Employee First Philosophy and the flexbility in work environment. The energy, passion and self believe makes it a unique place to work. This is an excellent ground for learning. If you work here for 2-3 years and you are successful the chances are that you can thrive anywhere in the world. HCL does not believe in hierarchy, if you have the capabilty then you can take charge of the situation. Have an idea then go ahead and excute it. Fresh ideas even failed does not lead you to slap on the wrist. Out of the box thinkings are encouraged

Cons – Start up culture. Too aggresive sometimes. Impatient. Old timers sometimes get at the wrong end of the stick

Advice to Senior Management – Cascade and follow the employee first philosophy religiously. Retool yourself with new management philosophy. Do value your old time folks who actually built this organization
