    Pros

    HCL is a big company

    Cons

Most Managers are the people who are spoiling company's value among team with their attitude and selfishness. Management doesn't consider employee concern or reality. it goes with managers views. but HCL says its a employee first company. but there is no value for an employee inside.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

when a employee raises an issue its management and hr to look into reality and facts and do the needful to the employee... not to just take managers decision and screw employees... employee will leave not only company but he will actually show the world what is realistic inside of the company... loosing an employee is not just the skills but the brand value of the company.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
