I have been working at HCL Technologies full-time for less than a year

Pros

Good Company to work and growth is awesome

Cons

Joining date for freshers will be very slow and will give late joining date
Late Work in night and weekdays also

    I have been working at HCL Technologies full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    1.Flexible work hours
    2. Comfortable work ethics
    3. Quality of employees is generally good

    Cons

    1. Very low hikes and salary packages
    2. No growth path definitions and resist to change
    3. No defined process in core HR processes
    4. Pure Sales driven organization with little emphasis on delivery
    5. Profile mismatch common and no resolution for the same
    6. Cost cutting is embedded in the whole sysytem

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    1. Please enable strong and defined processes in the company for enabling and support functions so that the employee knows what the scope of his work.
    2. Please define strong HR policies and give power to HR in HR issues and the business unit head should not have a Veto power in all the decisions of HR
    3. For critical support processes, like Presales, Marketing, GIS, please ensure that there is no profile mismatch as well as dissatisfaction in terms of salaries as these teams are working in the core business and enable the growth.
