“Ok, I made a lot of money but had no opportunity for career advancement.”
Former Employee – worked at HCR ManorCare
Pros – Money and good benefit package.
Cons – overworked and no support from management.
Advice to Senior Management – Lessen the caseload of your employees. Manor care could also stand to be fair in the way that they handle their promotions. It seemed that only those who were close to the DON were promoted to different positions, it you were not close to the DON then you were not promoted. Please make sure that every employeed count.
