“High Ethical Standards”
Current Employee – been working at HCR ManorCare full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – I work in the Assisted Living Division... and I would not recommend working for Skilled Care. Skilled Care has high turn over and marketers complain about the intense pressure. Care given at Arden Courts is excellent. Families are satisfied and most facilities have wonderful reputations. Good benefits offered. Management has a "family first" attitude.
Cons – Pay is lower than most industries.
Advice to Senior Management – Step up the technology! Smartphones, iPads and an intranet that doesn't have a million passwords and the slowest speed ever would help us make you more money!
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
