I have been working at HCR ManorCare full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Good commitment to patients, great therapy staff, top therapy teams, adequate pay

    Cons

for full time therapy employees, pay is hourly so if there is a low census or not too many patients for your disipline you are required to clock out early. Company also needs to focus on supporting new staff and continuing education.

I have been working at HCR ManorCare

    Pros

My facility is very clean, everyone seems to help one another, great care

    Cons

Computer based everything, no benefits for part time/ PRN, no real room for advancement as far as I can see, pay is comparatively lower than other facilities

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of the lazy, disrespectful ones
