    Pros

Large company with opportunities to travel. A lot of free lunches...

    Cons

No direct or effective communication from management regarding job performance. Agree with other reviewers that bureaucracy and politics prevent real talent from staying or growing at HDR. Overall, a giant firm that acts like a large company but markets like a small firm.

    Advice to Management

Don't get stuck in minutiae or processes.
