Good job for mindless drones, willing to conform

Process Associate (Former Employee)
Lincoln, AL

ProsPay is good, but once you are topped out don't expect much more. Medical/dental are free to single associates, minimal for family coverage.

ConsGood job if you value money more than your happiness or sanity. Employee morale is the lowest I have seen at any company. Not much chance for diversity here. If you don't conform, you will be worked harder than those who brown nose or are "buds" with the team coordinator. The management is a joke and needs constant reminding of who has the power. Constantly shifting employees and process duties at a whim so that you are never quite sure what your process involves. This is usually done with the front that another zone can't keep up. In reality, it is an attempt by those associates to make their jobs easier. In most departments, it is necessary to come back early from break/lunch and do prep work off the clock so that you are ready for the assembly line that always starts up to the minute when 10 min break or 30 min lunch is over. Overtime is announced 5 or 10 minutes before quitting time, leaving you no choice but to work over or get points for leaving early. Better to make arrangements beforehand, just in case. Rotating shifts stinks. A lot of personal lives are in the crapper after working here. Expect to be on the assembly line for life unless you are part of the good ol boy network. DO NOT look to receive honest feedback at your performance review or be recognized for doing a good job. If you are caught trying to change the way employees are treated or suggest ways to boost employee morale, you will be targeted and blacklisted with the management

Advice to Senior ManagementGive credit where credit is due. Don't try to use power for your own lack of self esteem

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
