Great benefits, especially the longer you are there!

ProsPaid vacation, holiday double time, health insurance, 401k, guaranteed 40 hr schedule, overtime pay

ConsUnion dues are $45/mo, it's difficult to fire someone which sucks when you have lazy co-workers

    Pros: The only pros I can think of is a free meal… Cons: Lack of communication from upper level managers. Atmosphere of distrust and fear.
