I have been working at HMSHost full-time for more than a year

Pros

If you are hourly and just want to get by, this is the place for you

Cons

If you are management this place will suck the life out of you

Advice to ManagementAdvice

It is ok to cut labor but not to the point you always have long lines and everyone is miserable

    Pros

    the 401 k is ok and meal tickets but that about it employees are very nice and helpful

    Cons

    company need stop waking over employees the employees is the backbone to is company ok

    stop firing employees for becoming a part for the union they have right to just like managerment

    Pros

    Friendly work environment.Good work life balance

    Cons

    Slow advancement, very sneaky managers, if you are not on the manager good side, then goodbye promotion. Low pay to start and very low increase. Difficult to get promoted.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop being discriminatory, ask employees opinion in regard to their direct manager behavior. Give value employees value so that they don't feel that they are stock. Stop maintaining employees for too long in the same position... etc...
