Great people are leaving...quickly

ProsSome (some!) of the Senior Management take pride in their associates and have a personal interest in the growth of their teams. Many pockets of individuals who take pride in making a difference everyday.

ConsNo raises (as promised) for the last 3+ years, no work-life balance, IT teams are asked to work 50+ hours each and every week but have been instructed only to report 40 hours in the system. Too many great people have left the company.

Advice to Senior ManagementReplace the front door with a revolving door

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    disorganized, frequent layoffs, unstable environment, high turnover, no kudos for a job well done.

    I worked at HPS full-time for more than 5 years


    Pros: Salaries were good, but most often people with higher salaries… Cons: Little or no interaction with senior leadership outside of quarterly… Advice to Senior Management: No real structure, training was scarce.     Disconnect between executive strategy and ability to implement change.
