Pros – Wear multiple hats allowing you to enhance your professional growth
Excellent benefits package (4 weeks of PTO plus holidays, healthcare, dental, profit sharing)
Casual Dress Code (i.e., you can wear jeans to work)
Leave early Fridays where everyone can leave at 4 PM to kickstart the weekend
Flex Hours (open start time where employees can come in between 7-9 and work 8 hours accordingly
Management's concern for understanding employee engagement/opinions (conduct an employee survey every year)
Bonus Plan ( you can earn up to an additional 20% of your current compensation)

Cons – Disgruntled employees can sometimes bring people down by gossiping and putting a negative spin on workplace goals and objectives
Lack of appreciation by staff members for new benefits provided by management

Advice to Senior Management – Keep using the feedback from the staff to make HRS an even better place to work
Continue to remain ahead of the marketplace with regard to the benefits package
