Pros

great co-workers, for the most part, a lot of vacation, and decent benefits. location is excellent too

Cons

poor management given their need to control and micro manage, yet physically unable to be in the office.

    Pros

    Experience. That is about it. You can learn a bunch, but it does take a lot of blood and tears.

    Cons

    They will use you. They will take EVERYTHING they can from you and throw you out when they are done. Very high turnover.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Take a steep back and evaluate what is important out of life and business. Selling your soul is not worth it in the long run.

    Company provides great management consulting to clients but needs management consulting themselves to improve.

    Pros

    Provides valuable consulting services to clients such as employee engagement surveys.
    Convenient downtown Chicago location.
    Good career experience.

    Cons

    Provides poor training.
    Morale of company as a whole is very low which leads to high turnover.
    Low compensation compared to others in the same industry.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Provide better training to existing and new employees.
    Conduct a survey to find ways to improve morale and training and implement an action plan to accomplish goals.
    Increase compensation to stay competitive with others in the industry or provide bonuses.
