So-so company headed by a typical Chinese man type boss

ProsNone to think off actually. Most employees leave after 1-2 years. Poor leadership by CEO is the main reason.

Cons- Way below market rate salary and benefits
- Little if any learning opportunities
- Lots of unnecessary reporting to a micro-managing CEO
- Company has ALOT of employee turnover due to poor leadership by CEO

Advice to Senior ManagementNeeds to replace current founder/CEO who is a very poor leader, lacks integrity, unable to innovate and has a very self-centered mentality.

    I have been working at HRM3 Asia full-time for more than a year

    Pros: HRM3 Asia is a good company to work for if you want to just take it easy and earn… Cons: As HRM3 Asia is not really an aggressive growing company, nothing significant is happening and it's basically the same old story day in day out.… Advice to Senior Management: It's time to change the founder and leader…and have some… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
