“good experience, broaden my horizons”
I have been working at HSBC Bank USA
Pros – conservative bank that has been able to sustain itself through the financial crisis.
Cons – politics, who needs competition when you have yourself.
Advice to Senior Management – invest in your key staff (at all levels) as they are your life blood if you are looking to build a sustainable business model.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
