    Pros

    HSBC Canada is one of the largest companies in BC. If you happen to live in this province, you have an opportunity to develop in many career paths - marketing, IT, Retail banking, commercial banking, Risk, Operations, etc.

    Cons

    Although there are the opportunities to try out many career, you growth path often depends on WHO you know in the bank.
