Assez bien. You learn a lot and acquire very useful skills but they pay less than overall market

    Pros

It's a dynamic and young environment, it is a growing bank in France, hence there are many opportunitities to grow from the professional point of view. In few months i have seen many people changing their role in the department and taking responsabilities for HSBC Europe.

    Cons

The personal / professional life are not that balanced.. people are working like crazy even if mine is only a support service.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Put less pressure, have a more friendly and less burocratic environment... more relaxed i would say. Basically cause we are not facing clients or a core service, so this pressure is not justified (from my point of view).

I have been working at HSBC France as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

I did an internship in the front office and it was great if you're not looking for a full time offer afterwards. I learnt a lot and got to work with very smart and nice people

    Cons

The salary was not very good, but then I would not have expected a good one as it was only an internship. Also, they are virtually not hiring
