    Pros

    Unlike other companies which claim to be a family but are NOT; we (at our satellite office) we are a family... we celebrate and cry together. ;-)

    Cons

    Work/ task overload may push away talent resources.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Off-shore may be the solution for cost, but certainly NOT for efficiency.. This is not the solution for a healthy work environment.
